TierVerse Automator is a SaaS (Software as a Service) platform designed for content creators, marketing agencies, and brands to seamlessly schedule, manage, and publish video content directly to their TikTok accounts.

3. Interaction with TikTok and Compliance

Our Service utilizes the official TikTok API to function. By connecting your TikTok account to this Service, you authorize the platform to:

• Access basic profile information (read-only) to verify identity on your dashboard.
• Upload and publish video content directly to your connected TikTok profile based on your scheduling preferences.

We explicitly agree to comply with the TikTok Developer Terms of Service. This Service does not attempt to bypass, scrape, or reverse-engineer TikTok's systems. You, the user, are solely responsible for ensuring that all content uploaded via our platform complies with TikTok's Community Guidelines.

4. Termination and Revocation of Access

Users may terminate this Service's access to their TikTok account at any time. This can be done directly within the TikTok mobile application by navigating to Settings > Security and Login > Manage app permissions and removing access for "TierVerse Automator".

Upon revocation, the Service will immediately cease to function for your account and will delete any stored access tokens.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the Company be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever (including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, loss of data, or for business interruption) arising out of or in any way related to the use of or inability to use the Service or the TikTok API connection.

6. "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" Disclaimer

The Service is provided to You "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" and with all faults and defects without warranty of any kind. We make no warranties regarding the continuous uptime of the platform, the uninterrupted availability of the TikTok API, or the success rate of automated video uploads.
