1. Interpretation and Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions:

• Company (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our") refers to TierVerse.
• Service refers to the TierVerse Automator, an internal n8n backend automation tool.
• Website refers to the server environment accessible from https://tierverse.jorgemoya-n8n-personal.cloud.
• TikTok API refers to the official interfaces provided by TikTok that our Service uses to automate content publishing.

2. Nature of the Service

This Service is strictly an internal, private automation tool. It is designed exclusively to manage and publish video content to the official "TierVerse" TikTok account. It is not intended for public use, we do not offer account creation to the general public, and we do not provide services to third parties.

3. Interaction with TikTok and Compliance

Our Service utilizes the official TikTok API to function. By connecting the TierVerse account to this Service, you authorize the Service to:

• Access basic profile information (read-only) to verify identity.
• Upload and publish video content directly to the connected TikTok profile.

We explicitly agree to comply with the TikTok Developer Terms of Service. This Service does not attempt to bypass, scrape, or reverse-engineer TikTok's systems. The authorized user is solely responsible for ensuring that all automated content complies with TikTok's Community Guidelines.

4. Termination and Revocation of Access

Because this is an internal tool tied to the TikTok API, the authorized user may terminate this Service's access to their TikTok account at any time. This can be done directly within the TikTok mobile application by navigating to Settings > Security and Login > Manage app permissions and removing access for "TierVerse Automator".

Upon revocation, the Service will immediately cease to function and will delete any stored access tokens.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the Company be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever (including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, loss of data, or for business interruption) arising out of or in any way related to the use of or inability to use the Service or the TikTok API connection.

6. "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" Disclaimer

The Service is provided to You "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" and with all faults and defects without warranty of any kind. We make no warranties regarding the uptime of the n8n server, the continuous availability of the TikTok API, or the success rate of automated video uploads.

7. Changes to These Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right, at Our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Any changes will be updated directly on this page.
